Part 1 - General (GEN)
- Part 1 consists of five sections containing information as briefly described hereafter.
- GEN 0 - Preface; Record of AIP Amendments; Record of AIP Supplements; Checklist of AIP pages; List of hand amendments to the AIP; and the Table of Contents to Part 1.
- GEN 1 - National regulations and requirements - Designated authorities; Entry, transit and departure of aircraft; Entry, transit and departure of passengers and crew; Entry, transit and departure of cargo; Aircraft instruments, equipment and flight documents; Summary of national regulations and international agreements/conventions; and Differences from ICAO Standards, Recommended Practices and Procedures.
- GEN 2 - Table and codes - Measuring system, aircraft markings, public holidays; Abbreviations used in AIS publications; Chart symbols; Location indicators; List of radio navigation aids; Conversion tables; and Sunrise/Sunset tables.
- GEN 3 - Services - Aeronautical Information Services; Aeronautical Charts; Air Traffic Services; Communication services; Meteorological services; and Search and rescue.
- GEN 4 - Charges for aerodromes and Air Navigation Services - Aerodrome charges; and Air Navigation Services charges.
Part 2 - En-route (ENR)

Part 3 - consists of sections containing information as briefly described hereafter.
- AD 0 - Table of Contents to Part 3.
- AD 1 - Aerodromes - Introduction - Aerodromes availability; Rescue and fire fighting services; Index to aerodromes and heliports; and Grouping of aerodromes.
- AD 2 - Aerodromes - Detailed information about aerodromes; including helicopter landing areas, if located at the aerodromes.

Regular Amendment to the AIP will be issued once every four months.

This Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) has been prepared in accordance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices laid down in Annex 15 to the ICAO Convention, and the guidance material in the Aeronautical Information Service Manual (Doc 8126-AN/872). It is published by authority of the Director-General, Department of Civil Aviation.
This AIP contains aeronautical information of a permanent nature. Changes of a temporary nature as well as advance information of foreseeable conditions are notified by means of NOTAM and AIP Supplement; changes of a permanent nature are notified through an amendment service, and are indicated on replacement or new pages by a black line in the left or right hand margin of the page. Where the change incorporated covers one line only or a part of a line by a black horizontal arrow in the margin. New pages are indicated in the checklist, (GEN 0.4-1 to GEN 0.4-7) by an asterisk (*). Aeronautical Information of general technical interest or of a purely administrative nature and therefore inappropriate to NOTAM or AIP will be published in Aeronautical Information Circulars (AIC).
